Spend a couple of hours exploring the Stellenbosch farmland during this scenic horse riding experience, perfect for groups of friends or as a romantic day out with a loved one. Suitable for children as young as six, this also makes a great outdoor family activity!
Arriving at Wild Clover Farm in Stellenbosch, the experience will begin with a friendly introduction to the staff on hand, before getting kitted out in helmets and meeting the steeds who will be your companions for the trek. There are a range of horses on the farm, so you'll be paired with one that best suits your size and riding ability - there are even horses that have never been ridden before for those who are completely new to horse riding! For one-and-a-half-hours you'll leisurely trek through one of the surrounding farms, following your guide to either Pete's Place or the locally renowned wine farm Villiera, before heading back to the stables to conclude the experience.

Trail rides can be booked Tuesday - Sunday throughout the year, subject to availability.
Weekday rides are run in the morning, and weekend rides run throughout the day until 15:30.
