Meeting at the Helipad at the Waterfront, your experience will begin with some paperwork and a quick briefing on what to expect from the flight, before passengers are helped aboard and strapped in securely. The take-off of a helicopter is nothing like that of an airplane... Prepare to be dumbstruck as the ground drops swiftly beneath you and you rise high above the Cape Wheel, the luxury yachts in the Harbour, and the 5-Star Hotels lining the waterfront. The flight path takes you south past Cape Town Stadium and Green Point Park, Mouille Point Lighthouse, Sea Point with great views of Signal Hill and Lions Head, all the way down to the sandy white beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Here you'll have time to admire epic views of the Twelve Apostles before circling back to the V&A, not forgetting the iconic Table Mountain standing tall in the distance.

Bad visibility, heavy rain and high winds will prevent the buzz flight from going ahead.
Please ensure you can be contacted on the day of your flight in case the day is cancelled.
Should a cancellation occur, the experience will be rescheduled for another date.

A friend treated me to this experience as I'd never flown in a helicopter before, and what an experience it was! Definitely a great one for a first-timer, as you get to experience all the best bits without throwing yourself in the deep end. Take-off was amazing, the views were great (despite the cloud), and the pilot gave excellent commentary. A great budget helicopter flight in Cape Town!
This exhilarating experience is an absolute MUST for visitors to Cape Town for a never-before-seen angle of the city. Flying out towards the Twelve Apostles we took in some of the major sights of Cape Town and learned a bit about the landmarks. Even though we went up on a cloudy day it was totally worth it and lots of fun.
