It’s well known that Cape Town is a hub of great food and drink, and there’s no better way to experience it than with this Thursday Food Tour led by an expert, discerning foodie guide! We think Mum will love this culinary journey through Cape Town. Mum will begin her tour at one of Cape Town’s many great artisan coffee roasters. Here, she’ll learn how the coffee is produced, and the different brewing methods before enjoying some tastings. Buzzed from the best coffee in town, the group will head to the Company’s Gardens, where the first fruit and vegetable orchards were planted by the Dutch. The group will sample a delicious snack before journeying to the next stop on the tour, Woodstock. 

At Woodstock, the group will get to taste some exceptional craft beer, food and chocolate. If Mum has a sweet tooth, this will quite possibly be her favourite stop. The tour continues on foot, giving everyone the opportunity to work up an appetite again. The final stop is Bree Street to finish the day with some delectable cheese and wine, before heading to an evening market. VEGAN POP-UP DINNER EXPERIENCE IN CAPE TOWN - R 399

The menu varies depending on what seasonal ingredients are available, but typically includes both savoury and sweet dishes, a welcome drink, vegan cheeseboard and tea/coffee.
