Supercar Driving Experience - 3 Cars

If you both have vouchers, and have booked your experience for the same day, this is completely possible. There will be multiple people driving around the track in different cars at once. Although there is a chance, we are unable to guarantee that you will both be driving around together. 

You will have an instructor in the car with you throughout the experience. 

If you are aged between 18 and 21 then you are required to purchase a damage waiver for R500 on the day. If you are over 21, this insurance is entirely optional, but recommended.

There isn't much difference between the two tracks, other than location. One being close to Cape Town and the other Pretoria.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a full, valid drivers licence to drive the supercars.

The track days take place with several people on the circuit at once, so the instructor will only allow you to reach a speed that is safe for everyone involved.

Although we aim to keep the availability on our site as up to date as possible, we always recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. 

We have spoken to the activity provider for this supercar experience day, and they have explained the following:

"We don’t limit the speed that people get to on the track, but we do ask them to change up between 5500 and 6000 RPM. This is in order to not place undue strain on the engines, as they have to make it through a whole weekend of events.

So, it is higher than most people would change gears because these are supercars, but we don’t allow customers to redline the vehicles and obtain max torque output before changing gears as this would result in engines taking too much strain over an event."

Unfortunately as there needs to be an instructor in the car at all times, there will not be room for an additional passenger. 

No, this experience does not include sighting laps. You are able to purchase these on the day of your event for an extra fee. The sighting lap addition, consists of two laps in a Toyota Corolla. 

Unfortunately, refreshments are not served during this driving experience.

Spectator access is free for supercar events and heartily encouraged!

The following facilities are available at Zwartkops for both spectators and participants:

Free parking Toilet facilities on-site restaurant (Pitstop Bistro - sells breakfast and lunch menu items as well as snacks, hot and cold drinks etc)

Grandstand / viewing facilities

Access to pitlane

Card payment facilities

There are also braai facilities around the track if you wish to braai or picnic. You are advised to supply your own own grid and firewood.

This experience takes place on the dynamic handling track.

Once you have the voucher, you can check availability with the provider, before then redeeming the voucher and making a booking.

Bookings will need to be made in advance. This can be done after a voucher has been purchased and redeemed.

In the event of a vehicular incident caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions by the participant, they will be liable for the first R50,000.00 in damages. This amount is intended to cover any excess payments or minor damages.
