I bought my gift voucher three months ago but the recipient no longer wants it, can I have a refund?
Gift certificates can only be refunded within 14 days of the purchase date. Anyone can use the voucher, however, so you're welcome to take the activity yourself, give to someone else, or exchange for another experience.
